STEUBENVILLE POLICE Cleaned out: The owner of a Weirton cleaning service said Thursday a former employee is refusing to return a customer’s key and had threatened to “beat her (expletive)” and also that of a woman who was with her. She said there was an incident at a client’s business where the ex-employee allegedly damaged property and the owner of the business wanted the key back that day or charges would be filed.
