Steubenville Police Cited: A caller reported seeing a man “following a (woman) walking with her kids,” Tuesday. The female who was being followed said he didn’t say anything to her or try anything with her or the kids. She said she had no idea who he was and lost sight of him in the 400 block of Logan Ave. Police said they spotted the man “stumbling in and out of the roadway” and reported he wouldn’t answer questions. Steubenville Police Creeped out: A city resident told police her 12-year-old granddaughter was terrified to go to school because a man came up to the bus stop and tried to chat her up, Tuesday.
