Watch for government control

To the editor: Are we going to let the government get away with running our lives? Inflation is bad enough — now they want to take away our livelihood. They want to do away with cars using gasoline and oil as well as banning things that use natural gas, gasoline or oil, such as gas stoves, furnaces, water tanks, lawnmowers and other items. The first thing they want is to have people buying electric cars with large batteries to run them. The batteries are not safe and are known to blow up or catch fire. To the editor: Should it not be a major concern that former President Donald J. Trump has repeatedly stated, unequivocally, that if he is re-elected president as a result of the upcoming 2024 election, that he promises to “vastly expand the powers of the presidency,” revealing that, if such were to occur, he obviously plans to rule our great nation more like a dictator or, perhaps, a king? Don’t ignore warning signs

To the editor: Everything is in the mix of natural selection. The number of people who put it together will determine man’s fate. Humans must be vigilant — the signs of humans becoming extinct are a possibility. Are you cute?

To the editor: What must one be to be called “cute”? What can you do to win the admiring glances from members of the opposite sex? Wouldn’t it be nice to hear them say “he’s so cute”? Almost every lady I know gushes over baby pictures. On almost every Facebook account are shown pictures of babies smiling their gummy toothless smiles. “He’s so cute” is the elicited response in practically all cases.
