Kathy Jo Burns, 69 , of Weirton, WV; formerly of Burgettstown and Avella, PA passed away on Wednesday morning July 15, 2026 in the WVU Weirton Medical Center. She was born on January 17, 1957 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Russell and Eva Lee Davis Ford. Kathy enjoyed gardening and cooking with her husband. She was a 1975 graduate of Burgettstown High School.
