Open house Sunday at Richmond museum RICHMOND — The Richmond Community Historical Society will wrap up its summer open house series this month with the Crew House Museum open Sunday and Aug. 23. Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Grounded: A man riding his bicycle told police he saw a man “punch a female in the face” in the 400 block of Madison Avenue Monday. He said he confronted the male and they argued, then after he began riding away he said the male “came up from behind and pushed him off his bike. He said after he fell, the man “punched him several times in the head,” then he and the woman he punched got in a car and drove away.
