He said they were staying with his grandmother for the summer and said they’d gone to Belleview Park, but when they returned grandma was gone and the house was locked so he went into the backyard to answer nature’s call and when he returned he couldn’t find his brother. Phone fight: A caller reported a woman at the Fort Steuben Apartments Wednesday was “attempting to steal cell phones” and refused to leave. STEUBENVILLE POLICE Window toss: An object was thrown out an apartment window Wednesday on N. 4th at Washington streets and hit a passing car. Police said there was a “large amount of broken glass” in the street and report the driver told them he was on Washington Street when he “heard a heavy thud on the top of his vehicle” so he pulled over and saw the broken glass.
