Steubenville Police Creeped out: A city resident told police her 12-year-old granddaughter was terrified to go to school because a man came up to the bus stop and tried to chat her up, Tuesday. She said he also hit her and her daughter. She said she wanted to pursue charges against him. Steubenville Police Happy feet: A caller reported seeing a man “dancing in the roadway” in the 1000 block of Labelle Avenue, Sunday. Police located him, still dancing, and gave him a ride home. Behavioral issues: A city resident said her juvenile son is unruly and leaves his room when he’s grounded “and, overall, rarely listens to her,” Sunday.
