A performance entitled “Dances of the Seven Celtic Nations,” will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Catholic Central High School auditorium. The show is being put on by Faire May, the Ohio Valley Folk Society and the Sycamore Youth Center. The event will feature traditional folk dances and folk songs from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Brittany and Galicia. All dancers will be in traditional Celtic costumes, including kilts. Performers consist of 45 dancers between the ages of 7-21. This year’s featured band will be folk performers Faire May and a bagpiper. Admission to the concert is free.
