KENT — More than 80 Jefferson County residents were recognized for academic achievement during the May 2026 term at Kent State University, according to newly released university records. A total of 82 local students earned academic honors, including 14 students named to the President’s List for achieving a perfect 4.0 grade point average. Another 58 students were named to the Dean’s List, while 10 part-time students received Dean’s List part-time recognition.
