Steubenville Police Flying high: A caller reported a man seeking treatment for drug or alcohol abuse “was so overly intoxicated that he was now being combative with staff and (firefighters),” Sunday. Staff said he “admitted to taking between 1,600 mg and 1,800 mg of Gabapentin and Klonopin before arriving” as well as downing “(about) one pint of vodka,” but when they told him he would have to be medically cleared before he could enter treatment he “refused to listen.” Police said the man was “so overly intoxicated and/or under the influence that he was unable to stand ...
