Fire at Eagle Manufacturing under investigation WELLSBURG — A fire at the Eagle Manufacturing facility Wednesday afternoon is under investigation. "One of the plastics machines caught fire," reported Wellsburg Fire Chief Scott Kins, who noted the fire was contained to the area of the machine. Volunteers sought for Ohio River Sweep in Steubenville STEUBENVILLE – The annual Ohio River Sweep cleanup event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon June 6 at the Steubenville Marina.
