Dona DellaPenna Fisher, 83, of Wintersville passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. She was born June 2, 1942 to the late Ronald and Jean (Fach) Phillips. She is preceded in death by the father of her children, Raymond DellaPenna and her second husband, William Fisher and her son, Richard DellaPenna. Also Nick Fach and sister Judy Cavanaugh. Douglas Kenneth Plant(e), 75, also well known as the “Fix It Man”, passed away peacefully from a brief illness surrounded by his family on April 20, 2026, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was born on August 18, 1950, in Alliance, Ohio, a son of the late Kenneth and Viola Jean (Goodson) Plant. In addition to his parents, Douglas is preceded in death by his paternal grand- parents who raised him, George and Lola Plant of East Springfield, Ohio; and his sister, Debbie Murench. Martin Kosut Jr., 84, of New Cumberland, WV passed away peacefully at home on April 20 ,2026 surrounded by loved ones. He was born July 26th 1941 in Weirton WV to Edna. and Martin Kosut. He spent his younger years in Weirton, Follansbee and Maxburg Ohio. Many summers were enjoyed at his grandmothers in Maxburg. He. enlisted in the United States Army at the age of 17 and served four years, some of that spent in Korea. Dona Jane Hudok, 95, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, with her family by her side. She was born November 9, 1930, in Wellsburg, WV and was raised by her grandparents the late Walter and Nettie Schweitzer. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Phillip Hudok.
