DONA DELLAPENNA FISHER
Dona DellaPenna Fisher, 83, of Wintersville passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. She was born June 2, 1942 to the late Ronald and Jean (Fach) Phillips. She is preceded in death by the father of her children, Raymond DellaPenna and her second husband, William Fisher and her son, Richard DellaPenna. Also Nick Fach and sister Judy Cavanaugh.
Dona is survived by her sons David (Susan) DellaPenna, Gary (Kris) DellaPenna, and daughter, Linda (Bryan) Tingler, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Dona was a 1960 graduate of Wintersville High School. She was also an elder at Two Ridges Presbyterian Church and a member of the Edwin M. Stanton Questers.
Visitation will be held Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of services at 2:00 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Rev. Dr. Bill Lawrence will officiate, and burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
