Richard C. Bentley Sr., 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026. Rich was born December 2, 1955, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Charles M. and Frances Elizabeth (Findlay) Bentley. He was a 1974 graduate of Steubenville High School. After graduating he went to work at Weirton Steel in the Sheet Mill as a coil packager until his retirement.
