Earl Robert “Bob” Hartley, 70, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away March 7, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 16, 1954 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Everett and Florence Jessie (Scyoc) Hartley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Albert, Everett “Jim”, Carl, and Clarence Hartley; and sisters, Leona Buckel and Hazel “Mae” Hartley. He was Methodist by faith. He was a welding inspector and teacher by trade, working 40 years for System One, traveling the world with his skills.
