Reverend Jesse Lloyal Keenan, 92, of Follansbee passed away on 3/19/2025. He never met a stranger and his years in the ministry introduced him to some of the most precious people. His time in the ministry and his family were his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Aline, daughter Audrey, and five siblings. Kenneth G. Russlee, 76, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025, in the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH. Ken was born Sept. 9, 1948, in Steubenville, son of the late George S. and Dorothy A. (Huber) Russlee. He also was preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald C. “Russ” who died May 7, 2024.
