Reverend Jesse Lloyal Keenan, 92, of Follansbee passed away on 3/19/2025. He never met a stranger and his years in the ministry introduced him to some of the most precious people. His time in the ministry and his family were his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Aline, daughter Audrey, and five siblings. He was a member of the Blennerhassett Church of the Nazarene in Parkersburg. He pastored eight churches during his ministry that started in 1962. Donna R. Spicer Kovach, 80, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on March 19, 2025 at Valley Hospice after a brief illness. Donna was born November 14, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Mary Walker, and her son, Kelly Spicer.
