Richard C. Saylor, 83, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away May 27, 2026 at home from a long battle with cancer. He was born in Steubenville the son of the late Charles “Nook” & Marion Quillen Saylor. Richard retired from Weirton Steel in 2006. He was a member of the 25-year club of Weirton Steel and past president of Big Red Booster Club.
