June First Friday will be a day at the beach
STEUBENVILLE — The June edition of First Fridays on Fourth Street might be the most impressive in the event's history. "It's going to be what I think will be one of the biggest First Fridays yet — we're doing a tiki theme, an Hawaiian theme," said Marc Barnes. "We're going to be doing a secret tiki cocktail bar, where people are going to be able to scout the downtown to find it."
