Friday night will feature the regular July edition of the monthly street festival along Fourth Street between Adams and Washington streets. He said they were staying with his grandmother for the summer and said they’d gone to Belleview Park, but when they returned grandma was gone and the house was locked so he went into the backyard to answer nature’s call and when he returned he couldn’t find his brother.
