Ohio power regulators are taking steps they say are designed to protect large electric customers from paying higher rates because of data centers. Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Raining glass: A Hollywood Boulevard resident told police she heard her bedroom window glass break and saw her ex running away Friday.
