STEUBENVILLE POLICE Window toss: An object was thrown out an apartment window Wednesday on N. 4th at Washington streets and hit a passing car. Police said there was a “large amount of broken glass” in the street and report the driver told them he was on Washington Street when he “heard a heavy thud on the top of his vehicle” so he pulled over and saw the broken glass.
