Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE — Run off: A city resident told police he’d been chased off Pleasant Heights by individuals in a red car Tuesday. He said he was walking with his girlfriend when someone in the vehicle started chasing them. When they split up, the car continued following him. Challenging budget discussions ahead for Steubenville Council

STEUBENVILLE — Finance Director Dave Lewis warned council Tuesday that the 2027 budget process will be challenging.
