STEUBENVILLE — It’s fall cleanup time for Steubenville residents. Beginning Friday, Sept. 18, city sanitation crews will be out collecting unwanted household items from residents with active and current utility accounts. All items must be left at the curb where regular trash collection occurs each week and must be placed curbside no sooner than the night before the scheduled collection, officials said.
