STEUBENVILLE — A Dillonvale man who allegedly used threats and force to manipulate a juvenile into having sex with him was among seven people indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury Wednesday. An amended indictment also was returned against an eighth defendant accused of beating and strangling his then-girlfriend repeatedly over a 72-hour period in 2024.
