Steubenville Police Starting over: Police said they were investigating a shots fired call near Club 106 when they spotted $1 bills on the ground near the train tracks and thought the bills “could have bee dropped by someone running from the scene,” Saturday. Police collected $17. Several hours later a woman asked them to retrieve her iPhone from a residence in the 300 block of Virginia Avenue. Steubenville Police Breaking up is hard to do: Police said an Adams Street couple in the process of filing for divorce didn’t grasp the concept of marital property, Wednesday. The wife complained that her soon-to-be ex-husband “was upset and had damaged windows in his vehicle” which she wanted him to stop doing.
