Brooke County Sheriff Charged: Jayson E. Merigo, 44, 2701 Charles St., Wellsburg, non-consensual disclosure of private intimate images, Saturday. Steubenville Police Claws out: Two women got into a fight at a residence in the 1200 block of Oak Grove Avenue, Tuesday. The two, who are roommates, said they “punched and scratched each other” during the fight, and both insisted “they were defending themselves and that the other hit them first.” Both women had scrapes on their faces, and one of them had more scratches on her arm.
