To the editor: An 18-year-old Boy Scout Troop leader could have done a better job assessing a shooter’s options than the ineptness displayed at last weekend’s Butler rally by the Secret Service. This deplorable event underscores the boundless incompetence and bungling of this pathetic “Biden administration” — that term is an insult to administrators.
