Madelon Dawn Jackson, 82, a beloved resident of Wellsburg, West Virginia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, February 26, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Marvin and Ada (Bullock) Platter born on November 1,1943. Madelon was a cornerstone of her community, remembered most vividly as the visionary founder of the Brooke Hills Spooktacular. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Providence Cordora Locascio, Joann is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tost, two brothers Charles and Sam Locascio, four Sisters, Grace Stefanidis, Rose Rizzo, Lillian Porreca, and Julie Betras. Jack Harry Thompson III, 40, of Richmond, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2026 at East Liverpool Hospital. Jack was born January 21, 1986 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of Jack and Victoria (Smith) Thompson of Richmond. He was preceded in death by an Aunt, Brenda Williams. Jack was a 2005 graduate of Edison Local, he loved traveling, and meeting friends at the White Bear. He never met a stranger and enjoyed social events. June M. Turner, 91 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on March 13, 2026. She was born on July 6, 1934 in Mannington, WV a daughter of the late James & Lenore Summers Husk. She was a member of Wintersville Methodist Church and a retired sixth grade teacher at Bantam Ridge Elementary. June was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. Turner and sister Ernestine Franz.
