Jo Ann (Hissam) Wilson, 90, died on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Valley Hospice in Steubenville. She was born March 7, 1936, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy (Davis) Hissam. Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is handling her arrangements.
