Joann Tost, 90, of Huntington Beach, CA formerly of Steubenville died Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at home. She was born April 4, 1935 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Providence Cordora Locascio, Joann is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tost, two brothers Charles and Sam Locascio, four Sisters, Grace Stefanidis, Rose Rizzo, Lillian Porreca, and Julie Betras. Jack Harry Thompson III, 40, of Richmond, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2026 at East Liverpool Hospital. Jack was born January 21, 1986 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of Jack and Victoria (Smith) Thompson of Richmond. He was preceded in death by an Aunt, Brenda Williams. Jack was a 2005 graduate of Edison Local, he loved traveling, and meeting friends at the White Bear. He never met a stranger and enjoyed social events. June M. Turner, 91 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on March 13, 2026. She was born on July 6, 1934 in Mannington, WV a daughter of the late James & Lenore Summers Husk. She was a member of Wintersville Methodist Church and a retired sixth grade teacher at Bantam Ridge Elementary. June was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. Turner and sister Ernestine Franz. She is survived by three children, Michael S. (Debra) Turner, Mark Turner and Michelle Turner; three grandchildren Sarah, Molly and Zachary; and sister Jean Walls. Private entombment.
