Janet I. Lemasters, 76 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Villa Vista, Steubenville. She was born December 8, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio daughter of the late Linwood and Elsie (Strupe) Zook. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Pittman and a sister, Marcie Eiler. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Toronto and loved attending Hollow Rock Church Camp Meeting with her family. Kenneth R. ‘Chief’ Humpe, 63, proud father and mechanic, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday Aug. 2, 2024, in the Weirton Medical Center. Ken’s wishes were to be cremated, with no public services at this time. Arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
