David L. Collins passed away on April 25, 2026 at 89 years old. David was born at home on Dec. 9, 1936 son of the late James H. and Edna Collins. He worked at Weirton Steel for 30 years before retiring. He also served in the military operating radar during the Cold War. He was active at local car shows and parades for many years, he loved a good western movie, and working in his garage on many different projects.
