Philip Edward Brakebill, Jr. 93, of Sacramento, California passed away on April 18, 2026, in Sacramento, CA. A Memorial Service will be held at noon on May 5, 2026, at East Lawn Memorial Park on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento. Interment follows also at East Lawn. Philip, better known as PEB, Jr., Bud or Buddy, was born in Uhrichsville, OH to Philip Edward Brakebill, Sr. and Hazel Eunice Furbay on June 27, 1932. Robert "Bob" Harman, 88, of Sardis, OH formerly of New Martinsville, WV took the next step on his journey on Sunday, March 22, 2026 with his family by his side. Bob was born November 18, 1937, in New Martinsville son of the late John W. and Eldora (Lehew) Harman. He enjoyed fishing and eating fish, listening to the Steelers, West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Bob played football for Magnolia High School and lettered in 1954. OJ was born May 23, 1957, in Philippi, WV son of Rosalea (Shaffer) Clayton of New Martinsville, WV and the late Dorsey A. Clayton.
