Joseph J. Ross Jr., 84, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on October 30, 2024. He was born on August 11, 1940, in Steubenville, to the late Joseph J and Iva (Westfall) Ross. Joseph worked in the Electrical Department at Weirton Steel for 34 years before he retired. He was also a faithful member at Bell Chapel Methodist Church.
