James D. Coffey, 65, of Toronto, OH, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2026, surrounded by family after a lengthy illness. Jim was born on January 16, 1961, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late James T. and Elizabeth Jean (Vosvick) Coffey. He was a 1979 graduate of Toronto High School and had attended The Ohio State University majoring in Health and Safety. Jim retired from Shell Oil (former Quacker State) in 2023 with over 30 years of service.
