Randall E. “Tink” McCain, 96, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Friday May 30, 2025, in the Meadows of Cadiz. Randall was born March 9, 1929, in Rayland, OH, son of the late Francis and Agnes (Bell) McCain. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Randy and Bruce, daughter, Brenda Wease, seven sisters and one brother. He retired from Krum Construction and had previously worked for the Penn.
