William Steve “Bill” Swick, 78, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, in the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH. Bill was born November 3, 1946, in Steubenville, son of the late Steve W. and Pearl D. (Zelasko) Swick. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Margaret “Maggie” (Biddle) Swick and two sons, Michael and William “Billy” Swick, II.
