Samuel B. Peeler, Jr., 90, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away Monday June 2, 2025 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH. He was born July 23, 1934 in Mingo Junction, OH a son of the late Samuel B. and Mazie (Booth) Peeler, Sr. Sam retired in 1993 from AEP where he was a lineman then a safety coordinator.
