James D. Drylie, 83, of Richmond, Ohio passed away October 10, 2025 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville. He was born March 21, 1942 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late James R. and Helen (Hughes) Drylie. Jim was retired from Weirton Steel and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, and fishing. Jim was well known as a wood working refinisher. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio St. Buckeyes. Jim was a member of the Richmond Methodist Church.
