RICHARD ELLIOTT
Richard E. Elliott, 58, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away on December 5, 2023. He was born on July 24, 1965, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Francis and Shirley (Roth) Elliott.
Richard was an associated member of the Richmond Volunteer Fire Department and was affiliated with the Richmond Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by his wife, Jan (Beatty) Elliott; his daughter, Kylie (Jon) Eick; his grandson, Nathaniel Eick; his sister, Debbie (Bob) Bailey; his brother, Jeff (Cristy) Elliott; his nieces and nephews; his great nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Luke.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, December 7, 2023, from 2 P.M. until time of services at 4 P.M. with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
