THOMAS “TOM” VARGO
Thomas “Tom” Vargo 71 of Wellsburg, WV formerly of Cape Coral, FL passed away November 17, 2023, at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH.
He was born June 3, 1952, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Edward George Vargo Sr. and Wilma Estherine Fornari Vargo.
He worked Valley Camp Coal Corp. for 11 years before moving to Cape Coral FL, where he worked at the Cape Coral Hospital in the maintenance dept. and was an Army Veteran during Peacetime.
Tom enjoyed going to the gym, playing pickle ball, and going to the Wellsburg Moose Lodge.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers Edward “Eddie” George Vargo Jr. and William “Bill” Vargo.
He is survived by his brother John Vargo (Linda) and a sister Katherine Vargo Thomas all of Wellsburg, WV, several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
There will be no visitation per Tom’s request a cremation has taken place.
