SANDRA UTT

Sandra was born on March 25, 1946 in Colliers, WV. She was the daughter of the late Anthony “Curly” Chappell and Betty (Forester) Chappell.

Sandra was a member of the Colliers United Methodist Church. Many will remember Sandra for being a homemaker that loved to play BINGO and go bowling with her good luck charm, Harry the Monkey.

Sandra is survived by her three children, Robert Utt and his wife, Robin of Colliers, WV, Betty Jean Watkins and her boyfriend, Bill Dillie of Wellsburg, WV, Shawn Utt and his wife, Latricia of Weirton, WV, eight grandchildren, Justin and his wife, Jessica, Kylee and her husband, Justin, Elizabeth, Lauren and her husband, Don, David, Stephanie, Gavin and Gage, eight great grandchildren, Jacob, Aleiyah, Madison, Alex, Rory, Gino, Cooper and Dominic, five siblings, Bonnie Davis, Donna Williams, Richard “Dick” Chappell and his wife, Linda, Sarah Yoho and Terry Chappell and his wife, Gerri and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717.
