BENITA WILKERSON
Benita (DeSantis) Wilkerson, 90, of Colliers, WV, passed away at 6 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH.
Benita was born on April 5, 1933 in Wheeling, WV. She was the daughter of the late Yelso and Laura (Hoskins) DeSantis.
Many will remember Benita for her love of family, cooking and watching TV.
In addition to her parents, Benita was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Wilkerson, two daughters, Debbie Fuscardo and Carley Johns.
Benita is survived by her two grandchildren, Anthony “TJ” Fuscardo and his wife, Patricia “PJ” and Aaron Johns and his wife, Ashley, four great grandchildren, Joey and Charlie Fuscardo and Keegan and Parker Johns, a sister, Phyllis Bero and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, November 24, 2023 at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest, Colliers, WV.
