STEUBENVILLE — When First Fridays on Fourth returns this week, area residents will have the chance to enjoy two days of holiday-themed activities. Friday night will feature the regular July edition of the monthly street festival along Fourth Street between Adams and Washington streets. Beast of the East Baseball Tournament Ready For 38th Summer

WHEELING – Two dozen youth baseball teams will begin taking their swings Thursday at a championship in the 38th annual Edgar Martin Beast of the East Tournament. Ten of the teams are local – with five entered in the oldest of the three divisions, the 19U. The other divisions are 14U and 16U, with games being played daily through Sunday’s championship round. MINGO JUNCTION — The Indian Creek Local School District reaffirmed key administrative leadership and approved a full slate of staffing changes for the 2026-27 school year during action at a recent board meeting.
