Steubenville Police Task force raid: Two people are facing felony drug charges after the Jefferson County Drug Task Force raided a residence at 423 N. Seventh St., Steubenville, Friday. Task Force detectives said Terrence L. Toson, 54, address not listed, was charged with two counts of trafficking drugs and Brian C. Digman, 49, 423 N.
