Health District to promote bicycle safety at Saturday Market

STEUBENVILLE — The Jefferson County General Health District will promote bicycle safety this weekend at the Saturday Market on Fourth. The health district will offer free bicycle helmets and safety education for children while supplies last from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday on Fourth Street. Children may bring their bikes and ride a safety obstacle course after being fitted for a helmet.
