Dinner helps Eagle Scout effort WINTERSVILLE — A local Scout is looking for funding help with her Eagle Scout project. Riley Heldreth, a member of Troop 22, is building a prayer grotto at Blessed Sacrament Church in Wintersville for her project. To help with the estimated cost of $10,000 the grotto, a spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be held from noon to 5 p.m. March 29 at the church, which is located at 852 Frank P.
