Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Raining glass: A Hollywood Boulevard resident told police she heard her bedroom window glass break and saw her ex running away Friday. Police said there was broken glass “all over her bed and the baby's bassinet” and shards “landed on her and the child.” The woman had a scratch on her leg but did not need medical attention, and the baby was unharmed.
