International Seniors meet

WEIRTON — The International Senior Club met Dec. 9 at Undo’s in Weirton. Patty Coppa led the prayer and blessing; Gabriel Arlia led the Pledge of Allegiance; and members sang “God Bless America.”

A buffet dinner was served, followed by Liz Beecroft introducing guest Jack Casselle.

No formal meeting was held due to the Christmas Party and entertainment portion of the evening.

The Ron Retzer Trio performed a variety of Christmas selections, with Retzer providing background for each song.

President Regina Truax announced there will be no meeting in January. She thanked the club for generously donating to Toys for Tots.

Arlia, along with the Tri-State Marines, will deliver the gifts to children throughout the area.

Truax gave each officer and committee member a gift of appreciation for their service to the club.
